This Zoom workshop will teach you how to make a Spring tonic to help improve digestion, sleep, mood, and the smooth flow of vital energy in the body.
You will learn protocols for a day long, three day long, or week long fast that uses herbs, and plant allies to help return the body to optimal health!
One of the first plants to emerge in the Spring where I live here in Minnesota is Motherwort.
Small green hands reaching up towards the Sun from the thawing ground. It’s leaves full of a bitter medicine. Bitter like so many of the earliest greens that surround us as Winter rolls slowly into the green roar of Spring. Dandelion is another. Saw-toothed warrior that grows in the cracks of concrete, and helps heal the broken ground. Whose leaves are diuretic, helping the kidneys gently expel their burden, and whose roots are a gentle yet determined push to that organ most associated with Spring: the Liver.
